Find a shrine to one of the nine divines to stop the disease or use a cure disease potion. If you turn into a vampire then seek out Falion in Morthal. Rondesu • 2 yr. ago. Based on the message, I think it's too late for a shrine or a cure potion to work. You'll need to see the mage Falion in Morthal like Punk said.

You cannot become a Vampire and a Werewolf at the same time. Becoming a Vampire Lord removes lycanthropy automatically, but the option to return remains. Lycanthropy can be cured by other means as well. After finishing The Companions’ questline, you’ll get a quest that offers a cure.
3. There are four stages of vampirism. When you become a vampire, you start at stage one. Every day that you don’t feed, you advance to the next stage. If you don’t have Dawnguard installed, stage four vampires are attacked on sight. So if you haven’t fed on anyone in at least three days, that’s probably why everyone is attacking you. Plus if you complete the Corprus Cure, it is almost impossible to become a vampire (there are also workarounds to it) While it has more disadvantages than the Oblivion one, it allows you to do the vampire quests and has the 3 vampire clans: Berne, Aundae, and Quarra (you can only choose one clan).
