Watch a tutorial on how to download and use PSNStuff. It has PS3 PKG and PS3 Rap files to put into RPCS3, (Only use it to download games you have legally owned though or else you are committing a crime). Then you can search "Little Big Planet" into PSNStuff and then you just download the PKG and Rap file.
Accepted Answer. They should be in pieces like the other costumes in you inventory. If that's not it either make sure the region version of LBP matches your PS3 and PSN account. As in if you have a PAL LBP but have a US PS3. If that's the case you can't do it like that. They must match in order for LBP's DLC to work.
